Mom's Shao Lin Practice |

| Mom,
Dad, and myself were out at the Lake today for a sail and cookout.
Mom, as usual, brought her swords along and practiced her Shao
Lin. I had the digital camera along and took these pics. Mom
asked me to email the pictures to her so she could check her form, but I
figured it was worth it to post them here. This way, everyone can
